What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 5-7 days of delivery for unworn items or if they’ve been damaged.

Custom or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

All Missie orders are packaged with love & care. Orders Are Shipped Through USPS. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
